Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, and we will cover any return postage. We also offer change-of-mind returns within [X days], provided the item is unused, in original condition and packaging, with return shipping at the customer’s expense. Refunds for change-of-mind returns exclude original shipping costs. Digital products are non-refundable for change of mind, but we will assist with any issues covered under the ACL.
