Concrete and steel erection and upgrades
We have extensive experience in both steel and concrete tower construction, with specialised capability in erecting Le Blanc and Civilmart poles using pad-footing or direct-embed methods. Our concrete and steel fabrication services also support the maintenance and servicing of telecommunications towers and assets for Powerlink Queensland, ensuring all structures meet the highest standards of quality and safety across their network.
Tower audits including structural and telecommunications
Our riggers have carried out comprehensive tower inspections for our clients such as Powerlink Queensland, assessing both structural integrity and telecommunications infrastructure.
Site excavation and remediation
Past works have included 100m3 excavation for pad foot steel tower erection, site excavation and installation of an all-weather access track, site excavation and leveling for commercial standard driveway as well as intricate excavation around live services utilising multiple tools, such as mini excavator, vacuum excavation and hand digging
Bored pile drilling
We collaborate closely with bore pile operators and civil and geotechnical engineering experts to seamlessly integrate the bore and the installation without gaps, ensuring that our concrete and steel installation meet the highest standards.
Security fencing
Each compound can differ in requirements depending on design, we have installed 1.5m to 2.4m with 3 strands of barbed wire or with Koala proofing security fencing chainmail. We also have experience installing climb proof and timber fencing as well as Koala escape infrastructure.
Advanced rigging and dogman
Our riggers range from Basic to Advanced, and we deploy our team based on the specific task at hand. Our team also holds a High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) for scaffold, dogman, work platform, and crane C6, ensuring we can handle infrastructure projects safely and effectively. We’re also supported by a rope access team allowing us to mitigate plant or reach challenging or plant sensitive at height areas
Steel Design, supply and installation
We work in partnership with structural and civil Engineering professionals to deliver steel projects for Industrial, Commercial and residential applications. All steel is procured and placed in-house according to Australian standards, ensuring our civil and industrial construction projects meet the highest quality benchmarks. Steel origin certification can be produced on request.
